Dawnus is an international civil engineering and building company, based in Swansea, which has
successfully delivered a wide range of schemes across the UK and West Africa.
We are one of the largest Welsh based construction sector employers, employing over 400 people
in the region, with a long term commitment to the Welsh economy. Our approach is founded on a
direct delivery philosophy. We aim to deliver as much of our projects as possible using directly
employed staff, operatives and plant, maintaining a high focus on sustainability in all our operations.
In recent years we have delivered a number of award winning projects in the Swansea Bay City
region such as Burlais School, Castle Quarter and the TATA Steelworks Stores Building.
We are proud of our achievements and committed to maintaining our investment in the local economy
through employment and training, partnering with local supply chain and supporting community
initiatives.
Coastal Housing Group
Coastal Housing Group is a housing association and a social business operating in Swansea, Neath,
Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire and Bridgend.
With over 5,000 properties, Coastal provides homes for rent and for sale whilst also providing support
for older people and people who require adapted homes.
The group’s main aim is provide homes and services that enable their tenants, and the communities in
which they live, to thrive and prosper.
Coastal Housing is also an expert in urban regeneration. Working alongside its partners in the local
authority and the Welsh Government, Coastal delivers high quality mixed-use developments, believing
