Rugby Borough offers a fantastic retail mix which includes

multiple operators such as Boots, Monsoon, Next and Loungers

along with many independent stores. New opportunities

include an additional 53,375 sq ft of retail and leisure space

which will link and enhance the existing Clock Towers,

anchored by a six-screen cinema.

The town of Stratford-upon-Avon had a diverse retail offer
